This service is for those MFIs that have reasonably good quality systems in place and are performing well.  We undertake periodic reviews (monthly or quarterly) of key statistics and ratios and the major strategic decisions of the MFI.  Interrelationship between the ratios and statistics as well as those between strategy, management systems and overall performance are analysed in great detail. These numbers are also benchmarked against industry standards for comparison. 

Some of the key ratios and the trends that are used are as follows.

1.  Trends in growth over the years, across branches and regions.
2.  Trends in portfolio quality across the years and across the branches.
3.   Staff efficiency across branches as well as regions, interrelationship between efficiency, portfolio quality, operating expenses and profitability.
4.   Trends in cost of funds and sources of funds.
