1.   Economists (Job Code EC2007)

We are looking for young economists to be part of our research teams.  The incumbent will be required to undertake research in the field of microfinance on the basis of primary and secondary data.  He/she will also provide consultancy to MFIs/SMEs on various issues.  The job involves extensive traveling within and outside India .

Qualifications

• Graduate/postgraduate degree/doctoral degree in economics/statistics/commerce

• Good command over written and spoken English and flair for creative writing

• Understanding of financial markets and ability to analyse financial statements will be a plus

• 2-5 year’ experience in research and documentation is desirable

2.   Finance professionals (Job Code FP2007)

We are looking for the finance professionals to be part of our microfinance consultancy team.  The incumbent will be required to provide consultancy to MFIs/SMEs on book-keeping, MIS, internal controls and financial management.  The job involves extensive traveling within and outside India .

Qualifications

• B Com/M Com/ CA/CA (Inter), ICWA/ICWA(Inter)/MBA

• Must have good command over written and spoken English

• Experience in Audit of financial companies/banks will be an advantage

• Understanding of financial markets and ability to analyze financial statements will be a plus

• 2-5 year’ experience in accounts/ finance/ MIS/ audit

 3.  Management professionals (Job Code MP2007)

 We are looking for young and dynamic MBAs to be part of our consultancy teams.  The incumbent will be required to provide consultancy to MFIs/SMEs on strategy, business models, business plans, presentation pitches and delivery channels.  The job involves extensive traveling within and outside India .

 Qualifications  

• MBA from a premier B-School

• Good documentation and presentation skills is a must

• Commerce/economics/statistics graduates will be preferred

• Understanding of financial markets and ability to analyse financial statements will be a plus

• 2-5 years’ experience in consultancy/sales/marketing with an NBFC/Bank
