An MBA from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), Deepak also holds a Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI). Deepak has an excellent academic record and has been Eklavya and SRTT Scholar at IRMA. He has extensive experience of working with MFIs in several countries across Asia. He is the co-founder of the company and as a Partner, he leads the development of product lines and oversees the delivery of major assignments. He is also responsible for developing a team of microfinance professionals as M2i increases its client base and product offerings. Before founding M2i, Deepak worked with Micro-Credit Ratings International Ltd (M-CRIL) where he conducted over 70 commercial ratings as well as undertook several training and consulting assignments.
Rahul
is a graduate in Computer Application and an MBA from Indian
Institute of Forest Management (IIFM).
He has extensive experience in micro-finance,
micro-enterprise and grass-root development.
He has worked with M-CRIL, EDA Rural Systems and Sewa
Mandir and has work experience of over five years.
Rahul has conducted over 50 MFI ratings in eight
countries across Asia and Eastern Europe and also has
experience in direct implementation of micro-enterprise and
development projects. Rahul
is a partner and is heading business lines for capacity assessments and capacity building
of the MFIs and Micro-enterprises.
An MBA from IRMA, Atul has extensive experience in microfinance, banking and market research. He has worked with M-CRIL, UTI Bank, Intellecap Advisory Services and Marketics technologies. Atul is an expert in Financial Management and Multivariate Statistical Modeling. Capital structuring, business valuations and statistics-led market research have been his area of expertise. Atul is one of the pioneers of MFI-valuations. He has conducted workshops on microfinance and multivariate analysis for national and international corporates. Atul is also a visiting faculty at the TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal.
Rajeev has extensive experience of working at the grassroots with the NGOs and the MFIs. An MBA from IRMA, He has worked with the World Bank sponsored microfinance and microenterprise project – DPIP – in Madhya Pradesh and was responsible for major credit decisions as well as capacity building initiatives of the project. He has also worked in the Christian Children Fund (CCF) as Programme Manager in Bihar and was responsible for project implementation as well as monitoring and capacity building of its partners in Bihar. He also coordinated the Tsunami Response Project of CCF in Tamilandu. As
a Partner, he will be responsible for effective implementation and follow-up of our solutions.
Aparna Bhatnagar is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and also holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. Aparna has previously worked with Dun and Bradstreet, Citibank, ICICI Bank and Seva Mandir. She has extensive experience in developing analytical solutions for Financial Management, Credit Risk Management and Basel II compliance for Banks, Credit Bureaus in emerging markets and Marketing Management. She has developed solutions for some of the leading banks in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Aparna also has experience in new product development for Micro Finance and Micro Insurance. Aparna is an Associate Vice President at M2i.
Before getting his MBA from INSEAD, Manuraj graduated from IIT Kharagpur and had four years of engineering, operations and business development experience in Schlumberger across the US, UAE, India. After that, Manuraj moved to Intellecap and worked on strategy, research and capital structuring for MFIs in India. Apart from working on projects related to valuations, financial modelling and investment due diligence he also led the Technology consulting initiatives at Intellecap. Post his MBA, Manuraj has been working on private equity research and sell side syndication deals in India. Manuraj is associated with M2i on its Debt and Equity syndication initiatives.
An engineer by training, Ravi has a passion for the financial services. Graduate and Postgraduate from Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, He has been working with Capital One Financial Corporation, (A multinational bank based in the USA) for over four years. As a business analyst, he is responsible for major credit decisions of Capital One. He also provides key inputs for the credit policy of the Bank.
As a co-founder, Ravi has contributed a lot in preparation of our business plan.
As a strategic advisor he will continue to provide inputs for product development, marketing and technology related aspects.
